• Aetna PPO Plan: This plan is a PPO plan that covers services provided by both in-network and out-of-network providers nationwide. 

• Aetna EPO Plan: This is an Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) plan. As a member of an EPO, you can use the doctors and hospitals in the EPO network, but cannot go outside the network for care.* There are no out-of-network benefits other than emergency services. 

• Aetna HDHP + HSA Plan: This plan is a High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA). It covers services provided by both in-network and out-of-network providers nationwide (at a higher out-of-pocket cost), and allows you to save money through a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Prescription drug coverage 

• Prescription drug coverage is included with your medical plan coverage through Aetna. The amount you pay for a prescription depends on the plan in which you enroll, along with the type of drug and where you buy it.

• ​Preventive medications are covered at 100%. Under the Affordable Care Act, you can get some drugs at no member cost share, but you must have a prescription - these include female contraceptives, pre-diabetes, and tobacco cessation medications. View a list of ACA covered preventive medications.
