TRANSFER YOUR HSA TO PAYFLEX
If you participated in an HSA through Cigna (HSA Bank), you have the option to roll over unused funds to PayFlex (Aetna). If you prefer to leave your money with HSA Bank and do not roll over your balance, you will be responsible for a small monthly administrative fee from HSA Bank. ​
