EAP through Resources for Living
We expanded EAP resources available to you by adding the Aetna Resources for Living program. All employees can utilize these resources, even if you decline or enroll in a medical plan.
Resources for Living is available:

TalkSpace is the most convenient and affordable way to connect with a licensed therapist. Send secure text, audio, picture, and video messages to your counselor and they will respond daily, 5 days/week. A week of testing counts as one session. TalkSpace also offers live video sessions.
myStrength offers tools to improve your emotional health and help you overcome depression, anxiety, stress, substance misuse and/or chronic pain. Visit www.ResourcesforLiving.com or download the myStrength app.
Identity theft services
One-hour fraud resolution consultation or coaching about ID theft prevention and credit restoration. Services include a free emergency kit for victims. Visit the legal, financial & identity theft services center on Resources for Living.

Ability Assist
Ability Assist Counseling Services offered by The Hartford provides you and your dependents with 24/7 access to confidential counseling and resources. They can provide support for emotional health, substance abuse, financial decisions, legal support, and health concerns. All employees can take advantage of these services.
